ABILITY Career & Employment Services seeks a team leader for our career consulting firm.  This position is usually based in Edmonton although other locations will be considered. Responsibilities
Recruit, train and support our staff
; ^( R! K' I6 C/ Q% T6 e# ^Build relationships with communities and government partners
Develop proposals
Manage contracts
Ensure quality service delivery

Proven track record of project management
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skill as a writer and communicator
4 A3 N: O' J3 q( P8 N' bExpertise in at least two of the following areas: career development, vocational training, self-employment training, labour market research
