0 z% Z* R7 f" p( S1 X) FContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
- s  \" p1 A4 d: X9 ^* Y! d8 I# wHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
0 K+ G. ^( x3 [/ C9 X/ EHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

% c  P1 Y, H8 _Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
& a" O# D$ e' _7 yHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

1 Q6 N/ [5 T% M: k1 \6 u8 RDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
