3 w' W! a6 j7 N: _4 O) @8 w: o( dContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

3 Y. m) E* A7 ~% {* W(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

  P! u; |7 ?2 @; C& @7 o8 Y# [Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

( K6 v. b0 K3 S3 ~; w2 f- qDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
