Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
# S/ b6 |$ d% o) G% Y: M; r& nHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
* n$ m1 f2 _+ |5 l% N
) d% l$ ?: V4 I, x, FDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

' I1 W3 [" X9 h(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
& x) }& a. @- W( j; |" Q0 C; fHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

4 J: w+ ?0 C8 H& N. w; U; L. mDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

$ X$ D. |0 O# s+ T' f( uHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

( L2 O1 ?: i; d5 cDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
