% F$ d$ o( l" G% l4 VThe key to this position is to help build the Co.  I'm afraid (and so are my staff) that if something happens to me, the Co. is done.   I want to take the Co. to the next level and hire a manager that can get it to the position that the Company can continue on without me.    I really want to do this for the sake of my excellent Staff.
