Foreign Ministry spokesman Arye Mekel says a plane is on the way to southern China carrying clothing, medical supplies, generators and tents for victims of the May 12 earthquake.7 F- G% z7 Z; H* _1 c0 b5 g

Mekel estimated the shipment was worth US$1.5 million and said it was due to arrive in China later today.
