Careers Under Construction, a subsidiary of Personal Support and Development Network, is seeking to fill the following position in Fort Saskatchewan:2 m* m( o g( W& f! f+ Q
0 S* m6 b" X# e3 ?8 NCase Manager/Youth Connections Worker. The ideal candidate will be an experienced career development professional who will be required to work both in the Fort Saskatchewan office and in designated Junior/High schools in the area as needed. We are recruiting for staff that will:
" I- }* h& u, l9 R# j# N& z8 a• Support job seekers through career and education counselling, case management, job placement, resume writing, interview skills
5 O& c) e$ P- I) u( g# B: L& M• Have experience working with youth and be familiar with the Youth Connections program
' @4 g4 ~; U4 v• Be competent on the computer and be able to facilitate introductory courses in Word and Excel, and be able to provide email and internet assistance to clients./ k* u+ k! u( P7 r
• Familiarity with Mobius is an asset.0 N4 y8 A" ]- j* X% ]) W- p
% [) r9 m R+ N% A. i5 ~+ ^# K3 N
Qualifications: Post secondary education in career development or a related field, or two years experience. Equivalencies will be considered. A vehicle is required.
