what should i bring when i go to the Registry Agents ?

what should i bring when i go to the Registry Agents to take 7 class test ?
I've phoned them, i guess i didnt call them at the right time. they were off work.
2 Z! Q% |% \) G7 k; G1 q6 Di m in high scool. over 18.
i got the letter from school, it shows that im a full-time student.
do i have to bring it? and passport? whatelse? do i have to book an appointment? how much is it?

不用appointment，但是需要一个有你家地址的ID。

Other than photo ID, you need a proof of residency such as a bank account statement showing your full name and address.

I dont have any photo IDs. except my student ID card. = =!!
so, i need bank account statement, passport, letter from school.
