: h: a7 Q0 X% e  @0 \The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

4 X, V# }2 S' `# @' PPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)
7 n+ T/ G7 B0 W9 Y/ A+ S# m
= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
2 X$ c# ?8 \$ x) a) @% |- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


/ M) U7 A" Z8 H; A  C2 J- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
1 q$ O' H& A! G! q  p" Z* b- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

" v/ m/ O+ d: l1 RAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
