The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

' x% s# y- x- o8 [% B1 B9 EHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

) j# U% x# a2 q3 ~& |Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)
* ~/ E: W2 P4 x, T0 F# b6 d5 M
= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- B4 ~5 m/ G: h/ X- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
; |6 s3 j4 ?/ s9 Y- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
