3 {$ S9 {1 _# Z5 ~, AEDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for( ~" J' D y5 |; `
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

( T- r. G( J* ~+ M) R' `Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials6 u% u) l) X0 W' g) a$ n- l, e' |
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different' K' J0 B1 [* N' o, S+ a" N; _- U
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.+ m7 ~) J, t! x4 W v
