place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. $ l/ m% o! c# R6 j, W+ w
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.# y( ]* P8 L* e4 X* H" J0 u
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.# a0 D8 f( d L6 p
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.7 p/ U0 H+ s/ S5 l, p1 C
