put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
! D2 S2 J! z& g: X9 P1 Q( }! bplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
4 `( n" F% J' lthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
! d& p z( u) F3 ?1 }then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
