put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot. y5 z' f( M4 f& ^
place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 1 Q0 w+ {4 A) Y
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.1 K( O2 l7 }+ }
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
