place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. , `* A7 R8 q" A2 |1 y
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.

If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
