put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.

then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.5 D9 m: k* C7 F! C" a3 c7 r
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.4 I$ B4 h6 \3 F4 }8 b4 ^
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.. d3 w5 U8 Z% m$ O- r" P
