  |6 i" x! J7 P) m•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
# ^/ ~* w( [1 l0 u) s+ l' L. P& r•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
7 ~" \- N! E* X6 W" j. E+ V•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
2 e  X" l( j, r9 P/ V& d•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
, g# j+ D4 M5 I4 C9 T, ?•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
3 u+ S1 x* {% D8 v' n•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
, v% T: B: w. U1 r5 t•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
