•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
. O  [# J$ M+ U7 `•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
* m' w, y+ f' G•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
7 J: g1 J. s' }+ v•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* u6 t1 h& F0 L, g$ X+ ]" ]•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

  I/ I: c9 \: n9 u! m3 S1 a% A2 F3 CResponsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
( A" q' S9 ]( V) i•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
