( u6 w2 |  P; Z4 _2 E& W•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
' x0 |0 Z8 L: ?% |  X•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
& x- v" a! r" x! m1 j•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
! d2 U: M0 G  E" p% _•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
8 D+ R2 E5 ^  P' H' J•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

9 P4 o: M8 S: H/ f, `4 @& vResponsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
