Skills and Competencies:
& L9 n9 K0 w% O; f. E  v* h1 @0 K, A•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
" P- k1 A$ a( M/ E/ ?0 f% V$ u•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
  \& f& F; L& h9 q% ]& t6 j4 {•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
8 Y" y# w# g4 _1 t* B•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

, {6 M+ s* Y+ }7 l. }% V. r•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
2 l) Y2 ~# c+ ~/ |•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
