Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.1 ~& z. C( t: J3 i# o. c5 F

5 U. B! _# T8 P! m, S3 ~The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

! ~. u3 X" C- Y( d, V" ~$ F$ |One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

( U; z# L& y# T7 s: n5 k6 T! oHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.! O0 g+ a& q2 M: q6 n* j$ V

One hour later, I got a reject email!; J& z+ t" Y( N3 d9 E5 q
