Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

5 u9 k. w9 A- S! z5 ?( Z x4 qThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.9 b# n7 ~( p5 k e! I y
& u$ {6 s/ L* ~$ H, WOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.% y+ O, a. |' R, E5 }9 J$ N

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.( a1 U# E6 C4 n5 J N$ F& y) g
u+ B' l/ u) }/ h; H# {) T* u; z! ^HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

: l+ q$ G9 }4 C9 K7 ^! q/ B" bHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.4 V4 [' z) v) ?: K5 ~, M3 e: p2 U+ Y
