Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).& \# l. L _6 n E5 U9 U% B$ ]4 i
, s' z1 t' V- L- W) QFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

& o, V# [+ Z% i, n3 hThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

p" w' X+ S$ Z. S% D8 vOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.* ]6 W7 h* Y& p; g4 Z

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

2 i/ L5 P! _4 b/ E+ {: F% LHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.: x: E$ N# t! {6 _. a; i6 I
