Responsibilities to include:

A0 y( G4 W/ a  c·         Coordinate, source, price and purchase all aspects of supply chain daily; materials, equipment parts, service subcontractors, consumables, small tools, job specific rentals and equipment, within service level definitions and in accordance with Company prescribed Policies, Procedures and Process Flows

·         Prepare all aspects of procurement processes including negotiated terms and conditions, insurance and bonding requirements

5 k9 S! q. Z& T5 p0 [0 `7 t·         Assist with evaluation of engineering documentation (drawings and specifications) for preparation of required MTO’s and BOM’s,
0 n7 s9 }# v! C( H( ]7 @. a/ m
·         Evaluate vendor RFQ submissions, considering budgeting targets, project schedules, quality assurance requirements and health and safety requirements.

1 l' U- ^  E; Q) xQualification Requirements
  ^) R" G( f' ^8 `$ _2 j7 G
·         Minimum 5 years experience related to requisitioning/purchasing

·         Industrial construction and/or drawing/engineering experience
& K: S3 u9 l7 X/ y! I
·         Computer proficiency including MS Office, MRP and other purchasing software

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) and working towards a Certified Professional Purchaser (CPP) accreditation would be beneficial

·         Previous Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and Pipeline Industry experience preferred
