Biotech Technologist Position Available

Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. / v1 l- q L% ?9 ~& B P, V3 \
5 @1 `- P }$ }6 V. n/ bSkills and Abilities Required 4 Q$ `$ k J5 D
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
' w- V( L5 M' C p" X P6 j( U* j1 k0 T9 P- n
Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.
