Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. & |) t- T, _6 K

Skills and Abilities Required
. x7 Q0 L4 R0 q* J6 h9 GExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.5 E# d6 C; \) }9 g- x

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. 4 v! f. |2 J3 ?0 a4 B6 z7 [/ i
/ A/ `; m7 D# E2 b8 _8 ~7 |Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Minimum Qualifications
