; t9 G/ S2 A) APosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

1 [  A6 a  |5 a. u( PExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
+ p2 G  m1 o9 G5 a) h/ h
% j6 N4 y6 j  z0 M1 p9 O9 HPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

3 i+ L6 r* E* h" Y& F2 a% y) kHave good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Ability to precisely follow written and verbal directions.

Previous industrial working experience is a great asset.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in cell biology, biochemistry or other related areas.
