Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
1 @* D9 t6 k/ ?  e8 C! |6 ?- C+ \and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
* ^+ [8 I" B: V+ W' RThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
