Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
4 X- O! X, K( U! fBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
; ?% V" r4 H) L7 Eand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
/ G! O/ w0 ~5 e/ g& OThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
