Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

7 x; g7 D  s8 x$ yand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
