Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
0 k* p  v3 M0 k1 u. Yand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
9 h+ \# l0 |& U! h7 ~4 b4 W0 ]That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
