Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
9 L$ d( j7 W' X3 L9 c  OBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
. a( d* p/ ]$ T; T, p* t) xand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
. c4 N: d" z. tThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
