Not sure if it works, I called Dell and was transfered between US and Canada 3 times, talked to 8 person and spent over 1 hr "HOLD". 9 y9 L0 z* R& v3 l* J$ @" p9 e* `6 d
The result is "SORRY, but I can give you another tel # to try (at your spare time)", and I said "Thanks, Dell do not deserve my business". ! v- i& m4 G2 O( H! d# V! U7 i$ C+ P! q8 R; j3 g
I can imagine how much time I am going to waste if I need to get the notebook serviced.
