烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter 9 [3 G M3 U6 ]4 {" p1 H s7 E
• 1 cup sugar
8 B6 t9 }& s( v• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
3 J( |7 z+ t% A# u$ v7 S4 l• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

PREPARATION:
! q/ X( ^& C8 z0 `2 W2 fBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. g* y: W+ _5 k# \% d4 e/ m
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
2 c2 h5 g Z) \Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
