的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University" ^2 c: k: J; j- {4 j. W* k) ^$ I
of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
/ c9 k$ u& ?4 y. _8 ~; ?5 t eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese8 }# `3 ]0 s7 L# U% V' R
cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and* L. l) n9 v& w! x5 c1 m- ~
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on* ]. T" [' l8 K( h; ?" q2 @
this broad land.
' V$ h( J! m& i" z/ l; w
/ G) E: j- ~- E4 z8 M2 e" g n% yWe encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
2 l- S7 B; m3 }' G* M( Z contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and# H$ n0 W5 f2 ~. m* H
talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in$ n' ?: J/ d4 t* w( C* S, Q$ ^
performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show+ D2 X9 I% ]+ o& Q
ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
- M5 Q. @+ z9 N- h Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a7 U/ L9 U+ K- Q4 |/ c
lot of fun, like what we did before.

/ e2 q' g' I2 ]- e2 rAs far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
* G" B3 C; n; y# ]( z, x% ` k sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),* L% X' G5 Q8 D# j. t9 ]0 \
stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
' I5 C- ^3 q' y performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your; g6 S# @6 Z* H
program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
* h g. Z3 b1 v' @! m5 W comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
; r6 _% ~3 X0 _1 Q0 `( w$ H1 ] CSSA executives want to have a show collectively./ l0 y5 @6 v$ Y: l" G( E

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also. C* G' } M0 e, L4 s
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
