JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 g- `3 h% Y7 N% e
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
  ]% y& I3 @$ J+ ]+ n
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

* \+ c* p: z  p" D. ~5 u; \3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

# j8 Z4 L9 T. l+ {4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

5 [/ _+ B5 n* a% L+ E* m' W1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

$ [& B1 i: }, G# L) s2) Cashier experience.
+ e  A2 R. x/ W# ~$ L4 T9 e' v
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

7 x1 A6 x- w6 I* f& F  B4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

- T8 U2 J* ]9 c- {3 ^) U( ~  n5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
