JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

. V1 o; f, d. N; k/ ~( C DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

* |( U' ~! a" B9 E2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
" ?  M) Y; _9 O# I" [1 |/ C# |
& a: L% O& H) d1 ]: i; J3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5 K5 s: Y/ |3 }5 E
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
6 v) @+ d3 {; f: G1 f6 l0 V% r
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

2 j7 a& J# I: ~6 U. Q6 L5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
