JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



& O2 F8 h7 d1 H( V8 u5 W DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

8 z- i  H& Z5 X1 a6 ^9 {# _3 R. K2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

8 _3 J( Q3 T$ i' u$ P% Z1 K4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

' d! i! [7 b- k9 ^8 o+ ^8 w, J) s' e
" z) t% M0 m# L; O: }2 U8 X. A1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
3 l* D8 u( w: N6 t$ k2 Q; ]0 _' R
  D6 ]' }' x9 C: Q* B% e3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
