b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

8 [9 }' t- E2 C: \# V; s3 d) jPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: ~, X5 `( j. B# i! F& Hand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- V# a1 s8 Q& c/ k8 ~integrated system/circuit design.

& t% X8 A6 B. b+ k# _& l# VThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
