a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

2 D9 Y& t: u- F  h8 Xc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

* J3 T3 H: N, O# hPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
1 p: |# C5 U1 H! K( q3 H; n" [and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ h! H+ r: J( x. b3 \& sintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 V2 s/ Z0 e& h& v8 @: [  }(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% s) l' `& H: m( `$ h. o(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
1 i7 Z! d, G+ }( c3 i0 {3 F(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% H7 {9 [! @+ Z9 j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
