申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

" D$ s! m+ |7 hPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# o) c2 t, {0 v/ J% Y% kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 `) ]! |: J: q+ Dintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- U( p+ W8 E" u6 P7 q7 E; F  U(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
