a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 ^/ g( s) v2 b& o% hand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" [; r: R$ q  X% H( O3 P/ _Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

8 \* T2 G) w. i0 @8 L, f# ~9 EThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
  ?) l" w, d6 j; v+ Y1 a& F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  I) b- [5 N! a  c(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
