a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
7 a* S% B3 H. j( a/ f4 O+ m7 Gc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
5 }' R$ n0 Y5 d( K9 f  nd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

' b3 T8 B0 `$ n. d8 NPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 ^7 ], s  |5 q* d4 Vand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: A/ Z* s" p% uintegrated system/circuit design.

# S9 a1 D7 m+ `# IThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* m! h4 o4 R8 T5 {# }  t! G(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
6 U% s  Y" M( a9 S/ ~(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, e- K6 f' ^$ r+ R" a/ c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
