b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

6 A" _# `/ F, J7 w- ZPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
9 Z7 M* O4 ?" {$ u, R+ [. Uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& `& U% `- h6 W1 ~6 h4 Uand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 u) E1 V' I4 l$ dPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
