Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

& {! n* a/ f' u/ CThe duties include:
) R, R: Q4 ]& U% H. u# Moperate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
! _; A! i+ S* a$ d& g9 q0 dassist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
; c( B) l: k8 C2 m) k  I  y4 n" Qbe available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required

Skills and abilities required for this position include:
( B% d- _! o# s7 z6 Egood physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
+ a3 {9 [' w$ p% V; N- l- vknowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
/ z1 V1 U" n( |: l$ s: O! }ability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
