2 Permanent Positions (1 Full-Time/1 Part-Time)

Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

operate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
assist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
, }8 [3 r# f5 s. U2 m& mbe available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required

Skills and abilities required for this position include:
2 L% j  C$ L9 ]good physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
# l3 G: j6 t5 [. U) S* P( Aknowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
0 e  C3 R" f' F1 ]( Lability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation
' q# k& p7 d% N1 ?8 V8 ?a keen interest to contribute to a safe work environment

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
