那么他想转学的话：
１．        加拿大对移民大学生转学有何规定或要求？是否有在原校就读
                时间期限、学习成绩、学分数量等要求？具体如何？

先上一个普通大学或者college再转到好的大学是可以的
但是比较困难
因为学分转的可能不合适或者其他
最好直接去个好大学

* p; ~7 b, \* jthere is no difference for admission no matter you apply directly for a better university or transfer to it. the only benefit is that after being accepted by a better university, people may have some courses taken in fermer univeristy transfered.

但不知在加拿大报考多伦多大学、阿尔伯塔大学和在中国报考浙大、复旦哪个更难一些？？？
