Assist in the recruitment and development of new members

) v: t5 u! v3 \* t- cCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

Establishment and maintenance of group memberships

Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff

Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Role model customer service excellence at all times

Marketing/Sales experience or interest

Strong communication, writing and time management skills

Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment
