JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

0 U* n/ p% n) N2 {Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

+ b$ k/ Y. [; V' c4 SDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 b; U7 w, E7 M2 j$ O6 F
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
9 I# m3 Y/ g8 `) J% ]5 i! v# N( Dof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
( G. H4 u; P+ m+ N& u7 D- O+ l% N! }) N( ~1 K5 A
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
! G0 k9 Y5 b7 ^+ X9 zprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

( C* t9 ?9 N% k. r# R3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
5 }! x9 ?1 G6 m. {3 Hcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
6 a4 P# r, P1 e! [8 ukeeping appropriate and accurate records.9 u3 m1 p5 }) A( A
& l1 K7 A3 K1 S3 \4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:+ j% b" l- n, n' ~1 L& h
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
, J# _ i M( \0 P6 T. G4 ~2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

% @( t4 g* K$ x* H# Y, c" ^
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
