JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
. X6 i: o+ B8 |, P+ JSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
# x/ h6 B+ Y2 r: mSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " P9 E Y- h( M4 N
of Course Pack production.

/ G- d$ {% m2 j7 UDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& I4 G- j. X, p" d- F% d
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 8 i- K( C/ G1 `
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
7 N# p+ e% V0 Y7 F+ s& A" j2 r4 e! [/ }
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ) x& M) Y5 S8 m9 R2 W, H
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.* ~: _ }2 w- `; S, y
7 y. D& q. z$ x3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of / u! O' e" N0 C y b6 {
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and % V- R( @& }; M8 T
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
" }& l. ~3 y/ c1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
0 C) g/ x) y; t2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication , Q3 H ]' o# n9 D
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

Shifts: Monday-Saturdays 7am-12pm; 12pm-5pm; 5pm-10pm
