Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 8 _3 H" T1 t. N) ] Z
of Course Pack production.. q! P' M; V) h
1 V# M! b9 E( N! E
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* I0 z7 d- T6 S6 `( X
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % a, S5 b L; e6 d7 ]* V- b5 S
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
' y& ]* J& @5 F/ J0 }+ W, r' A) W- |! w% p+ V; d% B8 E- ~0 R
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
$ M0 }6 e% E! M2 R. jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.# b; g+ m* y7 Y1 E4 G' g
7 Z1 y/ A% m& ~3 U$ I! F p* E) y3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
1 U. B# k4 _0 V6 [: b+ Dcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 2 I8 _# @; m* A8 m
keeping appropriate and accurate records.6 i) K, P$ L* i+ ?3 a8 W$ M; }
; V' V8 l5 e6 X& W! b( X" G A0 ^8 {' `4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 8 T8 B5 T) y) a5 j

O3 t% {. ^4 D4 w5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
% A2 h; [5 e2 _9 |! y7 {* s1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.$ i- v" z" M: |7 @
4 O4 X. u, K2 `& n. L) M3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.0 G, W8 I' H, Z. c
* V, F) x3 g: ~4 D9 t0 o4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.0 g3 t4 C2 M0 I" g) v
