2 T; h/ v# i' E |5 r) e: JSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects k! }( s1 J/ Y' b o3 u# Z/ }5 W
of Course Pack production.7 e/ f6 k% ]' c4 c) e& o* V
4 z! {4 t, g7 o- ? ^2 YDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
x# x2 E% n8 `- W. g' \& Y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
. ~+ j0 X. p0 g. ?$ y! fof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
' a( U3 R: ?# M, B% P; x- S) R/ v& V# s: y
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
1 ^. B( i9 g# |3 L9 r9 E) Kprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
) \! e _- f1 r% T9 n4 N: I/ Y" ?/ A! k7 N% q1 ?3 V5 y
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of % Q& C( e6 y8 R _
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
9 p3 P% L. c+ s7 U. j; d: y7 c: skeeping appropriate and accurate records.) t. F6 D6 ]; D( F( \. Q

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
! }' g6 y0 V6 g! U# xfailures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:- b: {! R0 V' U6 D) i
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
9 ?6 ]- G3 l" H! C; V5 u2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
$ u- {+ H6 |) w( R0 F- eskills.
9 }# [3 D, N0 v9 s" t3 ~; s) G- \: l0 L7 R2 j/ e
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

) ~1 x. P# F/ i& E) d8 c4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
