JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
( ^. B5 E }1 l/ X8 bSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
) O1 e- D1 C! dSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

& J7 q9 v$ d/ U( Z0 {' y& \+ FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:( s5 c* v1 w1 [: d$ E3 v
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * j/ a/ Y9 X1 _/ @; o
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
( M! q& Q) @. y! r
3 E2 V) ]7 D1 d2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 9 X( D6 ?+ `+ x9 L1 W& _
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.: ]/ d. B; J3 i6 [8 y- F( b
' t4 \, l8 i7 ]: }9 a( J$ e3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ( A6 h; P5 P F- ^4 ]1 L$ T7 Y
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and & a: c9 a2 a- v* _+ x
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
- J+ T) J0 \% ffailures to the Operations Manager.# T' y2 S% x3 m/ i
6 F k* ]+ {# Q5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, . }: L' a9 L% s# C) l& t5 Y
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.( e3 y& k; O* x! \

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
' r5 S+ O* I+ ~6 q2 u2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 1 U' d i4 Z1 x! C

K, i, p3 \3 O; B3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
