JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
, q* \, P0 }. x. s2 bSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical A( l0 k: O4 ^, X
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
6 R9 u5 n% H# Y3 n, Q3 I, m$ wof Course Pack production.' d+ |* t4 d8 S

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 g N0 J: B4 h7 a8 k/ L4 w
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
) Q" R9 F+ h$ I; D% S2 ^0 U Qof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
" x2 G& l/ ~9 ?$ c5 B: I' G
$ Y5 ]3 z& d- L, [6 M2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
- \( o2 y9 T5 d; o m; g' E7 Iprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
' P0 Q6 R& H3 H8 _) }course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
0 k6 V, E; o& P' E% lkeeping appropriate and accurate records.- J+ y( R/ ]6 D0 z" C$ s; r
" e. U" C1 W7 C+ L$ v. O @8 {2 t4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment " }, g1 s T0 O. j% x" t
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication # ^# t8 d# m* ?8 [) r1 o1 E
skills.4 ]$ ?5 ?6 A/ G# |- v: z" v% U0 n
) H6 K9 i- n" H {( d3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution., k: ]5 B/ x6 ]) x
