JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ; e7 Z/ f/ v( G3 X$ B" Q
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 6 m3 p3 X X- D1 l: l$ E
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
: O, N, ~8 p. i- [of Course Pack production.

% o5 _9 w; u* c, B5 WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:$ W; W7 W% T9 x$ n) W
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning & W5 H: G, h3 e, J( C5 n3 _; d
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.( o" }2 L. d/ ^1 _' T) h5 B, Y
, f: X) q; B* x9 t& H2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ( ?( V' C r' P; C4 \* l
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.2 ^9 {; ]5 V8 {

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
$ }( l+ T$ w3 V0 `9 [course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 6 T- P' J$ U Y' U8 F
failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
6 R7 V$ N( `& I# y( u1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( O* V! |. G& a: }" ^
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ' p! t: [& z- {) Z
skills.7 M8 k. J+ F2 @1 ^% e
5 ^8 K6 r, I# t! d/ X: {3 [1 R
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.# o$ Q L7 V3 C# b k+ j

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
