JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
4 x. i/ C* a2 W. jSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 5 O* D3 o/ G0 V. [+ K) y
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ' p9 V& Q9 t- O
of Course Pack production.

& p6 }' c, W* d. x1 D5 Y* M* mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- W. j' M' {5 p1 z
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * y/ _9 f5 `" S+ J
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
B; k, p+ q: X' C7 e* D' V# G" I( ^2 [4 G
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
% [8 {* w1 G: z0 `- G' E, Sprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. m& g! s( _2 m6 d
/ ~' Q6 m& H) w1 v8 P: o) g7 Z
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of & z) o- E, H* }, x4 m" V3 X$ o: [3 ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 0 y5 ~2 g1 b" u- Z& Z
keeping appropriate and accurate records.2 R! f; ]" C; N t. p+ h
# }! h, P: o& L: _0 |- r4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
+ U( D& u% _- C# g! K# vfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
6 K' g* ]4 W4 v! d2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

: ^. C# |1 t3 C- M `8 z3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.( {/ `- E5 x( S+ Z; T
% H4 F+ }$ u4 P4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
