2 g- x1 W2 I8 K, WAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
8 U' p  x& F7 K& \# n% p& L% H' G- z; E& Nassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
/ y8 \8 _* p# d) Hgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
% [! _0 Q5 J; e2 p- @  C; cprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
/ f" L" D: X' nassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

# ^, X6 H% E7 u1 v( Y! {* lsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
