group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

. f; \4 M2 R) {2 {$ T7 A# d/ {! ]( _As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
( m. P" k% Q* t) E" [6 x# m/ [7 \assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
) y$ |0 d  X) Naddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
1 K9 |5 V$ N% q0 Nprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

4 X. f- h3 A2 x( SAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

3 I6 E0 }* P+ X. S1 mQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
4 l( E! n) h5 j3 J+ ^! J, v& x5 Csupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
