Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
1 B9 _3 Y  f5 m* l1 B8 ato deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
' ]' a6 t" ^8 L0 punionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.

Salary:

$62,148 to $82,152
