Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
! o- n4 ]9 G6 D& j. eexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
8 m- i2 Z, ?" o" Icoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
) V' A) K' X$ }% T$ {consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
6 x2 k: p4 q, Xunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
