为稳妥起见,可以上深圳的官方网看看英文字头缩写,就能顺出来了. M7 C6 M' V& E# I- A% W$ s. a滞纳进出金:late fees ' {% v; `. @) V% [ U% [一般写法是:Late fees in the amount of $$$$ per day/month/year will be applied to all accounts in arrears........

Connie, I think in an official document, you might want to use "Lessor" and Lessee" especially for firm-to-firm rent.
