ECBEA was approached by the Asian Chinese Opera Association to announce

instructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
the
9 l* U, \1 @: i- f0 X! F9 RCantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding
Achievements
* u0 r) k3 i7 W! `in Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
Development
' ]8 u+ p2 W) ]/ G+ gCouncil.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The

performance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a
+ `( b( A- p1 I" M1 y; qfew
" D" K! |$ b$ U1 ~songs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
sold-out
, g1 j0 K) U* t6 D. O6 lcrowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
