JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
% \3 w& D, L5 j& Q3 N  LOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

% C. u# s6 ?* Z0 u1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

* [: E, |+ y  ~, e3 o; R2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
: I, D; S, b& Q, G
$ J1 O8 |6 r9 E5 @7 e3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

; |4 d  C7 B; F5 I( k  {7 Y; B4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
1 a9 C  z) _) v( E- Z, bdeliveries.
) H4 r+ Y) m6 |$ ~3 ^
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
* O- B6 [8 l, h: n; T3 Q( D
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
2 a$ i, v- p, A0 f* a8 p: y
9 c# H& H: n1 K; q& i. Z1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) U5 A; Y) {3 ~5 q1 u5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
