* O& e( {& O! x! f7 [, cJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

8 Q- B  |% Q5 `* L) NDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
5 j- B5 N, }. O( W. ~% M  D* {! K# k* \
! c( A+ h/ w. k9 F2 Z1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

8 Z( ]4 T  `" u2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
5 ?$ H! M3 r- v4 r6 DCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

/ B; x1 u/ v. E' _" l4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
# R) z" w, ?7 O  l, a/ |deliveries.
% h# r( I* P! f3 n% Y' F$ R
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
3 N1 f9 c$ Z8 b3 Ishifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
% A1 G* W  V  BManager.

; U* E' f( q1 ?: iQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
2 M5 n# \: L$ D* S2 I$ N: h
+ z  c' ~5 F  R6 S1 N% U2) Previous experience with food inventories.

  d: ^# N. Y  C6 {% _4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

* `' a% c7 }. p& W2 F5) Good public and staff relations.
