' _: j9 w6 [9 R) z2 m7 b, H9 t& wJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

7 H) h* q, T/ s4 n; }1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
9 m, j( S. z, C0 ]9 B; C9 E- r
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
8 r( [6 M2 V6 x4 E( o
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
1 \7 R! Q/ {  V# O8 ?Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! r( C2 g% a5 G' t8 h$ L' N
  d+ A, T% B7 x1 o4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
6 ]+ T3 `5 d  n" Vdeliveries.

$ \1 V8 X1 g. S) {! g0 c$ c5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
6 F" O& i/ n8 a3 L! {' N1 @
/ l9 S5 O4 c  o) g6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
% r+ N5 F3 ]% k( N6 bManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
* b1 m9 s- ~; O! R: G6 {3 j* o
1 ?! c3 K$ g: z6 I' c( y; |1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
, ?2 E4 P+ ^1 K# S: ]9 O
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

/ o" }4 r/ w* p9 O4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
% T2 |% \! H0 }) M# `
5) Good public and staff relations.
