Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

( r. n' Q' p6 ~. O7 zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

* N. L7 {: {7 y$ U1 j1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

% {$ Q. @2 Y' Y3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
: M+ N9 A0 P6 V* \( i6 YCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

2 r9 F- X1 J+ T( o. R* e3 e4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
+ t; G1 u: _' l, odeliveries.
: w9 t* s: U6 t8 K1 q4 Z# d
) a4 j, A' @8 N; J+ A2 O! k5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
; W* _# N* W4 u- B* y% Z
, c$ B6 u) L  d: Z6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
$ A  N! V* ]4 j  K' ~2 Vshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

6 e8 ?5 E8 \! v, yQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
* ~- L1 A* m. e+ q5 u6 m
% v/ x# n+ ]3 R+ H2) Previous experience with food inventories.

- U/ ^0 j! w% |+ r4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
