1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 2000

0 w; Q0 t; @5 M2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.6 v% ~) c9 ?4 p" I- M, s
c" g* @4 z5 c9 x4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing
5 p$ E$ H$ B# A. A% e% xadequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations & F& Q( f) E" [& D" F I
across campus, and advertising the poll locations.+ I, X2 F: O8 D" M! ~6 m

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/ # w+ E% Z6 W9 K6 [

6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate # e0 s: [' K9 t
parties.

referendum.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course ( j3 }6 ~5 c& ^3 _3 b$ D' n E
for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'
4 K- V( E- P4 uUnion member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.

8 `1 J3 L) V& g3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
