JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
8 f8 J! K* U) g(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

2 Y6 j0 w- R- _6 KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
/ A7 I' k" F4 p( N  |$ o7 uand are University affiliated.
7 p  x1 q- `) Q) Q; ~
; Y, t% o6 c9 E$ l. y2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
4 E9 y+ o. \8 N5 X: m' L
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
. ~8 `' p; X  G+ H' c; u) |of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
" a/ B+ E0 d( y. d! X8 R; aconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

. r" l. X! t! z5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

3 }9 g" D& J0 D! r  WQUALIFICATIONS;
3 S! F8 m  K& g1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
. D( t& ]# z- L( i8 M+ fof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
8 F9 f2 r* l3 I3 W) h/ V8 ?6 O" O: Ucalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

5 ~+ e- ^4 x8 B% [0 `3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
