JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
% V9 \& z0 Z7 K0 a* V1 }* e' A(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" `8 B9 f+ x8 `) i8 |' [* x. r1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
) p2 u, H5 t" [/ fand are University affiliated.
2 C. R5 h! @& ?* o) T3 Z
4 E; j0 F: b* q* v9 l2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
3 J% H. b: x- r/ s, O& S  }of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

4 A: c( n* u3 {1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

5 k  l, l. @! F5 H( A, S6 d0 ]2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
3 M( f' z  p2 e/ v" _8 Wof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

% l4 \# n7 ?7 _! [* O4 U! p; ?3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
