- P' t) K3 d- G0 L: ?- @7 G( ^JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
( @* j* g2 W2 W1 B* k: v* `( z(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! Z2 Z. _1 Y# A8 r* z1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
1 K7 ^: |/ p# V' g1 J4 H0 G- iand are University affiliated.
9 A7 m! j; o* _/ q
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

' J1 i/ D1 w0 v* y6 Q# P7 i3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
( [# ^, c& i) M/ Zof garbage.
7 ^8 q4 G  E! @" x; [: W3 d0 B
2 O. p( Z0 `* {( {% j4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
  y: X0 x- W$ Yarea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
3 a6 d0 o+ S9 c1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

4 [8 @) q7 v: c# L2 ]7 @* p" _% e6 [2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
( {8 A* W6 ~9 E$ t: K4 H3 Mof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
9 I7 f7 ^- _' K8 H0 Xcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

6 J3 J: x8 K2 b: z3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

3 _- a( w$ J7 f  d3 |3 I4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
