- K" o+ `: ?8 T& ~9 I* `) D# [8 jJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
% T- n2 n$ {  B(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
9 S4 E/ T* c7 J2 ?policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

$ F+ g& p2 T$ _$ c$ q' C. dDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
4 V! N. h. H3 k% \  hand are University affiliated.

+ ~& y% t8 {8 A  c  l8 M, }, }2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

+ e- b$ [' F8 C' p' \9 C3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
4 C3 \: K4 A. r' \, nof garbage.

# G  e9 O; s6 {% G1 q4 t+ i. T4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

2 [6 q0 Z1 |, ?  M5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
9 f: Q+ l$ v1 l$ ]1 ]" y. darea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
+ J5 \( o  L) s$ D2 WManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

6 W7 k  w9 }. B  `, f9 q1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

) W* Z4 N, E, u1 p2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
! n4 E: @" y$ Y, O4 s2 ~  V3 v) i1 hcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 e- a" H; W9 G6 {7 i! T$ b3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
