ACTION FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES (AHC) is recruiting students (preferably members of a visible minority community and/or of a Disability community) for the following summer position: Community Initiatives Documenter. We are a non-profit community development organization operating in central Edmonton. The CI Documenter will contact and meet leaders of 30 Community Initiatives (mini-projects) to discuss and document their progress to date, facilitate a planning process for each CI to sustain their outcomes, and create a final document analyzing CI trends, strengths, learnings and plans.* Z) K7 D3 c( s4 C# M, g; y" h# l

1. Full-time college or university student, under 30 years of age before and after the position and not attending full-time classes while participating in their placement.
/ v+ h, [, u. G/ g7 I' ]2. Legally entitled to work according to relevant federal and provincial legislation and regulations.
3 h$ c! t" B* p3. Good organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
