" {3 J* S4 i) N- r& T• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.
- d: V7 e, @! OKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.

• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:+ S! c, g/ t6 r0 m
4 N4 ?5 @+ a1 t• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ {& w, D3 C4 w• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.3 a; ~; X- w( p6 Z; ?
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.$ U0 \& G* B% z/ t" d! A
• Strong administrative and organizational skills., j" Q$ q9 ^/ x7 e
