• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
, S" t, }$ t. y! x" z1 C+ w& @1 ~& MDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
5 x7 a& B& f, [* S. p( x• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
5 O. n. d! N2 u• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.+ ]$ i5 z) Z8 E$ ^0 Z+ _# `3 C' a
• Control store-operating expenses.

• Manage store physical inventory.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
& ?3 d; H. ~: g& H4 {• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.- r3 s5 w% N* { p3 {5 V) Y
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.3 |8 j; G8 E+ F7 Q0 Q% J, @
• Excellent customer service skills.9 h' o4 C0 V! @& O
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
