) b5 o2 _2 {& F•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 w$ P# [" ^. oDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
* X5 U: j9 }6 d( H! r1 e0 u•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, A. D; y. `" o7 a% {•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
( [6 r+ C3 O; Q3 z5 b& R. n% I
3 x! k' |+ P: G4 B8 ]•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
! C- c0 _5 c" i3 L- l3 w6 U! y•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
2 w7 R& y, j) W  I•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) M8 {* m# `0 x4 q4 F4 L•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
