•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 u. I- U+ d% N0 K, A* B0 [Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        Maintain employee files and records.
; ~" I$ t8 a2 E) K4 ^, O+ l& p•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

" n7 g$ P4 j( v1 u$ y  [# r) mREQUIREMENTS:

* {, S, G% P& E& a" G6 G•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
% T# ?/ c4 X+ z% d4 p•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
$ j' b' ^* z, p' ^8 w9 q9 U9 V•        Strong Leadership skills.
