•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- v  ~1 N8 D! e' ?; V•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 q, N2 X" `1 G! d  H•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

0 {# e4 {% a9 H+ y  Z•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
* A2 ]+ g4 }( r' A•        Excellent customer service skills.
4 j& g" Z: b' I0 c) X•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
0 L2 C9 [9 g, Y•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
