•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
, S" t, }$ t. y! x" z1 C+ w& @1 ~& MDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
5 x7 a& B& f, [* S. p( x•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
5 O. n. d! N2 u•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.

•        Manage store physical inventory.
+ J5 G8 j) k8 [/ W+ D4 \•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
& ?3 d; H. ~: g& H4 {•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
