( \$ B: W; ?) z, y6 X•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
8 F$ D; _) I4 L) E; c" J! t& S1 MDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
6 Y2 r+ [( [, K& _•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
( ^+ T0 ]* g" o+ f) r7 K: D5 ~7 J# L•        Lead by example in company service standards.
6 T% l4 p% j6 R* o8 p•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
8 o& D% n! b) x( U( ~  Z3 e•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
! N/ j2 [% ]+ U
; M1 Q" v, c' g3 X" x6 B•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
- Z  V9 K: ]' ?0 ?# C•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
