POSITION SUMMARY:

6 U+ g9 h# C$ q, r% M2 w( V/ Q•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

0 [1 h( [% {4 F- [! v- ^3 S" y9 j•        Lead by example in company service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
6 p9 ~' Y  x- K/ F( |3 p# ^& d' L
- a4 b) A) q, ~% S6 K4 w•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
# a4 a+ J8 A, q# y1 R0 u# M3 C•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
3 T1 p5 B: y+ ~0 a3 L4 Q3 s! q9 D•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
, ]* o2 E( r6 z•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
