; p9 @- _# N8 ^2 N2 q•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
) i% x0 R1 J9 m•        Lead by example in company service standards.
5 \% U3 h. ]% h4 Z3 X) b+ G•        Manage store physical inventory.
+ M# l# T% n" Q/ Z4 W6 z3 Q•        Maintain employee files and records.
6 p" Z" o& K. e# p2 e1 m( ]! B! c•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
+ o8 ^: Y! a2 Y0 x- P+ d& a•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
