Yes, I'm happy in my current position and it really afforded me many fine experiences. But it is not enough for me. I find it is not the right job that my talents are best used, and I need challenge myself.

Your answer looks quite close, but two "negative" statements was used, which make you seems not a "suggestive" people.

Possible asnswer:

Oh, yes. I like my job very much, actually I enjoy it. Unfortunitely, the situation of the company seems not very good. I'm still too young to get a package and retire. I need a "long-term" carrer, that's why I am looking for a new job now.

but if your current company's situation is very good, how to answer the question?for example, you want to jump from TD to Royal bank.
