Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements

Post-secondary degree

Canadian post-secondary credential
Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
' A. f/ V" x7 m9 A5 DInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
% _0 o1 N: B8 mManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
5 o4 L& P7 U% z- o+ T: g2 rMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
