We are hiring a detail-oriented assistant to support daily property management operations.

Salary: $2,700 - $3,300 per month.

Key Duties:
Follow up on rent payments and track arrears
Conduct move-in / move-out inspections
$ [% _4 A; C/ y4 `% @0 m$ hHandle basic bookkeeping for different accounts

Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
Strong communication skills
