$ a3 L& S- y  R, N17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
5 X8 q" ^% N5 }$ xJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

3 C" e6 @, j# t5 v) r- dDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

* x& P- Z! n! q# v/ ^8 {9 n3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

7 f& n' d7 |- v- o. q$ k4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

3 A* \% M) K! h+ q5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
3 B/ a* Z) t# k6 t. F$ ^6 s* Q& N# A
6) Perform monthly food inventory.

6 ?4 c1 @' b  Z7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: i+ V1 ]1 j" R. L( y1 bshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

5 j( @9 j0 X# c) k# P- n To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
/ r& M: W& T* V. F' J1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
& p8 E4 V4 f" ?1 O6 d" F3 @knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

, p3 G/ h2 L9 u3 x6 E2) Previous experience with food inventories.
% l8 q  Q2 d/ a& G& K
9 d9 d. ?8 i7 H! L$ X* [3) Cashier experience.
* t( {' k5 m' [6 E0 u8 ~8 V* g3 L5 _4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

( w; \* _, t, C' J# o6 |- O5) Very good public and staff relations.

4 S+ J. Z) r- j& \6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
