Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

9 S; R9 ^; L: k7 Z, S# S, A* YDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:4 T% h B, ^4 d4 u+ g X# n, j6 J, x
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
8 f2 D0 H' H# r4 H. m; w4 ^4 Zbeverage items.1 f2 Z- L$ ^+ }4 P7 t
9 o3 q7 F0 b1 \ C1 Y# c! o2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
7 z+ P3 ^* u8 d: s g# S% D+ nbar and debit floats.& {' y/ ^; w- X) Z2 D0 w5 u
- g, Y7 |3 ~( Q0 L3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of , q' N1 x% J8 L; N
each shift, and upon closing.3 t* d7 r2 H1 p( G6 }) s

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular $ h4 R, }7 w \& K5 w
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and $ p) ~2 Q; C- v6 a
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.' P, b* O- J4 h) N
+ K% V& J3 P' i7 J% R. P( d7 y
5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
H& Z0 O' f, u! Y9 zstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
4 D: A! q: R% }6 }7 f( Xproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

- {3 A* Q% s8 n3 D/ t2 H' v0 `6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
# W3 [+ r" J" N0 Smonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a ' ^3 M3 T! z5 a
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in 2 q& z& T2 Q7 f2 n
accordance with Students' Union policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 h! h |5 t2 b0 s, b h2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

' J) O. `/ @2 S& H5 u7 R3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in

0 Q' _; Y @. \% t4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.( d1 t0 P2 V: ]9 x& `

5) Ability to interact effectively with all customers and Students´
