JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

customer service and room cleanliness.( U$ T+ ?6 U( {$ J

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;) r) R& i' E" D' n0 ^
1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage ' N& S; [4 O; S. k# {9 o) f3 ?
orders.

& c" O( S9 F# J5 i9 `6 g2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a " W* R$ e' ?6 ^; v+ N7 w
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in
6 }9 i4 P! c7 ?! q @2 `accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
- K4 }4 } Z8 c; x- l; q0 I# u: Etotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

9 f. e% ?2 [7 ?) ] L4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, 4 }( J6 J" Y+ w5 X X1 L
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal # S7 j6 \- ?9 J
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.+ u. c: z+ X( J
. `/ S) _3 o/ s; X& w, S( K, _- h
5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate
' D1 M; I" N+ V1 q' A9 Z9 l0 X6 n" l0 Oaction when necessary in accordance with established Server
! B( q" ^" B$ s, U8 S9 u. }intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.

4 o( U% u% K1 Z/ d- u2 l& ^4 yAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.' e5 {& b6 C: p& d2 p9 I

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based , z6 M2 S* w( q8 _
operation.* n) c" h$ K$ O. v+ X4 }! Q4 `' y

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
