JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 1 f* ?% ?" a9 D* t3 C) H. j
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in * W) P1 Z3 [- S
accordance with Students' Union policies.) I4 D% l" p3 h1 ]
" g0 r# Z, ^/ y' Y o9 r3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 2 _9 I2 c- Y% j1 Z+ _
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.0 L9 F& q3 x) D! g! x

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
3 Q, _, |) b7 s; bincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal " C5 K) e# g- d" {4 M
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate
9 |& O T# a% i! y+ q" zaction when necessary in accordance with established Server

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
: I. j( r3 ]+ PAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.% t9 w& a/ Z% ?0 C1 y

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
: }$ _& O3 @% J9 I+ s1 n' z1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.7 o" T, y' v% T, x; H8 M& y+ B( s
. h# q9 n7 \8 J: s4 z2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based 3 P4 A% k$ Q" x( i5 q
operation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
