We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required. 3 S g( A+ T# W# K; O& \

Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

Requirement:

2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally# t* O0 f- ^$ E& O5 g2 V
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
, O: O/ k" `3 [! I4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5 ^7 b. F# w% O4 G) f. d, Z5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience& L# _0 H0 r6 I+ O" Y: q
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

Job Duties:
1 u6 ]0 `3 {# u& E6 x8 U9 Q1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
. J: C8 {1 O/ ~9 M7 f5 c; i2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
3 h, Y$ D+ x: _2 Z! h# D s2 [. ~( q3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
! _5 T6 [9 o: z, z4 N4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
3 h3 {% l3 L. d5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
