We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

1. Able to communicate fluently in English
7 k8 }2 `8 U" m4 D* `# u2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
, z! V9 p) H: X# l; L4 F6 i5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

Job Duties:
1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
( L( j0 }) U, L1 p7 K# Q: L" D/ x2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
3 K; m. `# A' A; T5 H3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
0 A( E4 f$ q4 l7 w" S4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
! `, [5 A3 C7 Q* J) x$ k6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
