We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

" [' `; `) }; q/ ?( M6 O; G6 x9 _Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

Requirement:
. L# r6 D+ z& l1. Able to communicate fluently in English
, h  s/ x5 h! z/ u7 [5 e) u: H# W2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
9 ]' `7 b% K6 T% M2 _7 R4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
4 `* P6 p, Q  u& V0 p* N# O5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
9 g" X9 h5 y" [2 u$ z3 n& ]; I8 h6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

  l8 a( I) U% O1 _4 X$ t7 SJob Duties:
! H& x  u6 @) C5 K1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
; i- |7 B1 J4 M$ m; [; s$ R' ~1 A( ~0 D2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
# C# H' ]% v* z; C1 k: {6 @9 i9 Q3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
+ C8 q3 x' z) K; p: n( i4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
0 B$ \+ f3 i4 {( a7 U6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
