2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
4 i& c9 }; Q" W. i9 C3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions: f: N( \! T* j: M1 v* }$ N
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails, T/ O" U j8 m
5. Has class 5 drivers license, `: L) I9 g+ |! f" {" h5 w8 ~( E0 L
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field
; _' \( a0 r( l# a5 ]# t* N" D1 h' h! e1 T6 S p7 w
Job Duties:
! x& |; u+ Y( N1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
. b* z: W5 f$ A! w2 r$ S2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
5 X7 d) f7 o! U# c4 y4 C3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
& ^" [2 H9 a9 q) l6 D r; g4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices+ s0 ?1 A( Y0 ^/ W; j
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs0 R9 `8 S" g. }; P, ?- P
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
