2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance1 c! E+ n( F) g% |- q v& z: G, i* u: m
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions8 f* i! d1 `+ \8 @' x
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
! n2 L9 w/ A1 c( e5. Has class 5 drivers license$ J" u9 [, m# w# |1 _6 Z
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:+ j1 |, @1 P q. {
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
$ `& q6 V! \! x' F2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks& G) @3 L& k; F
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties: o" s" h* v; ~9 N
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices, Z9 }* W- u6 m# t0 E
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs/ E9 G- R k- [7 f0 Y) Q
) w! } \' g. s* h7 }: g# K$ H+ D0 w
