As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. & `9 y' U/ H) P

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Financial

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.: R! U# e9 T7 ?
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.0 K2 B' z) u5 H$ Y. ^
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
- G- t; b+ l# v( n9 JEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
