 Maintenance

 Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
 ( D: p( |& H* x. Z  lEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

 Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

 Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.% _) Q' p! }. B
