As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.( y1 e$ ?3 g5 T0 v

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.9 U) E6 h! F" T1 u5 R
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
