# |$ _/ _+ D) E- X2 T; o. WSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
0 s2 F9 A3 ?7 I6 }0 L5 g, J! s+ T+ Dmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
% G+ [0 T5 @" F! N$ k5 cadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
; e; n) C; `& L( F- k3 ?' B
, F9 d& u+ J3 ^' C6 q3 X2 ]Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
) a6 E1 o* p9 T/ zan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
5 r! F6 {5 n2 Q& _  Ydirections.
