The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

. j3 N" r, e$ A2 e; p6 L% VSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

2 K8 t% x( _* r% J3 PDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
! L, A+ J: R* sanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
& R3 y7 ^4 d$ \8 q& ^admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

2 p& A, D! f7 U) T- tQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
& L9 ?; v# T8 U; Xpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 Y; ~( Z6 I; z& Q/ K2 Uskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
