International Admissions Student Intern

9 U* Z6 f8 m. R3 bStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
* r8 g% {. ^5 z+ y# v  I8 s
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
8 W9 z4 I3 ^8 J6 @' J5 \admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

9 q# ]- k+ v) s( T5 FQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
3 Q+ d; b2 T0 u8 A0 |peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
; D. z& h/ \4 n  c' j+ Dan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
