Student Intern.

, q8 ?* W. |0 \1 v) w2 {* eSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
: j1 n0 n7 r: }8 w: g# qanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
: J0 T0 O5 L1 {8 ladmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
; G, d# r( j5 n! @peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
* F4 M* t  U+ E+ k/ X2 ?an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
