Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

% z: M$ D) p, V$ |Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
* N4 ^1 x: G8 kanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
2 y3 w) z# x5 h. a9 I+ Hadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

& Z  e' I+ n- ^Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
8 T& M+ W* ?! Y/ Tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
* j# Q& P- H! Z4 A# D+ z) g& {proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
1 e* S1 i0 W! [& _4 y$ Xan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
0 @+ Y- ], R; H# l8 d4 I& vdirections.
