-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
5 K# b- O, l4 H4 k9 y7 ~" `+ j4 [5 O-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
" s- U& X; [. m7 P! h-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
" }  k1 E0 k: P! n0 `
7 v* ?5 z4 b7 L! Q$ E! PKey Skills:
; a% k# C# n  `. c3 n2 A
-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
0 t$ n- Y$ c5 o, `; ~. x- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
