  C+ {, a4 Y/ n% T6 KShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
& f3 M& _1 C$ m2 A3 Q5 g* F7 Q-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
1 W( p  H* |. R-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
: G. ^' P" V# U  B& f- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
% y* u0 _( z. F$ A7 r" X% G- H. i-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
* J5 L8 y* k: Q# M3 C
$ k$ l# S" a2 k8 mKey Skills:

-Customer service concepts.
+ J- F+ V6 e$ h. z5 f0 o7 P& o5 l-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

Education and Qualifications:

1 d) b* o) t2 h# R' A7 N* v4 Y' j- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
0 |- [- w" }7 ~' \& }8 m- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
) g1 k0 m5 y. B- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
