6 D9 O _. w) ^The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

! Y" p& p3 x! h) N" {Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials9 C8 z+ z0 B @9 t$ Y
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
@) W& ?9 }& X& P. Z5 FLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
4 @5 l$ {9 z; I) ?Must be able to work safely at all times
( k2 R$ ?4 p( G3 V! _' K9 o- y$ [Be able to effectively perform tasks independently+ e( V+ h, I1 W2 b4 L- A

Observes and reports any safety issues

High school diploma (Or GED)/ w& R& @: I c* S* P! h# ]

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
